Specialty Camps For Kids in Grades K – 8

�� Programs feature professionally trained staff for each Specialty Camp �� All camps are held at the Weinstein JCC unless otherwise noted �� All sessions are 9:00 a. m.– 5:00 p. m. unless otherwise noted �� All campers travelling off-site must arrive at the Weinstein JCC by 8:30 a. m.
�� Half-day options are available for some of the Specialty Camps and run from 9:00 a. m.– 12:00 p. m. This time will be spent within the specialty area
�� Before-care is available at the Weinstein JCC from 7:30 – 9:00 a. m. for all camps and after-care is available from 5:00 – 6:00 p. m. for full-day camps. See Payment Information Form for details regarding change in after-care.
��� All full-day camps include a daily recreational swim( campers must bring swimsuit and towel), and a choice of gardening, art or gym time in the afternoon
��� Kosher snacks provided in the afternoon; campers must provide their own snack in the morning
��� All full-day campers will bring their own dairy lunch
� For camps designated K-6, campers will be split into groups based on age and ability

IMPORTANT NOTE! AFTER-CARE CHANGE
5-6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
In order to provide a quality and appropriately staffed program for our children, there is now a small fee for our after-care service. Registration for after-care is due by June 16 or at time of registration. Cost is $ 10 per week. Please note if not registered in advance the charge will be $ 10 per day.( This change does NOT apply to 12-month families.)

All Sports( K-5th) Week 9: August 14-18 Campers will have a blast experiencing various sports including basketball, football, soccer, dodgeball, and hockey. Sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline and fun are the focus. Full Day: $ 320M /$ 370NM Half Day: $ 250M /$ 300NM
Basketball( K-5th)
Week 3: July 3-7( No camp July 4) Ball handling, footwork, position
14 play, shooting, rebounding, and defense are just some of the skills campers will learn in Basketball Camp. Teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline and fun are the focus. Instruction will take place from 9:00 a. m.- 12:00 p. m. Full Day: $ 320M /$ 370NM Half Day: $ 250M /$ 300NM
CORE Gymnastics( K-4th) Week 7: July 31-August 4 Week 10: August 21-25 This exciting camp is designed to instill and develop confidence, refine motor skills, and promote fitness. Fun games, obstacle courses, and introductory gymnastics progressions such as handstands, cartwheels, and back walkovers will improve your child’ s flexibility, coordination and strength. Coaches evaluate and cater to the individual needs of each child to develop a foundation for lifelong healthy habits. Full Day: $ 320M /$ 370NM Half Day: $ 250M /$ 300NM
Hoops Skills Development with Coach Ed( 2nd-6th) Week 5: July 17-21 Instructor: Edward Riley Campers will develop skills and confidence in ball-handling with left and right hands, shooting form and technique, footwork and agility. They will also get a chance to learn about the positions on the floor and their roles. This will give players a better outcome when they have scrimmage time at the conclusion of the camp day.
