CAMP REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
How can I register my child for camp ?
All camps are non-lottery . Camp registration is first come , first-served . Campers must meet the minimum age requirement for their respective camps . For early childhood camps ( Ages 4-6 ), campers should reach the minimum age by the first day of the camp session . For elementary age camps ( 7-15 years ), campers must meet the minimum age requirement by August 31 , 2025 . Camp registration should be based on the grade they will be attending in the Fall of 2025 .

Early bird discounts
Plan ahead and save ! Register your camper by March 14 at Midnight . On March 15 , fees increase 10 %. Discount is available for residents and nonresidents as long as registration is completed by March 14 . Note : For those who take advantage of the early bird discount but transfer to another camp after March 14 , the early bird discount for the new camp does not apply .
Register BEFORE June 2
Beginning at 12 pm on June 2 , everyone registering for camps will be placed on a waitlist . This is necessary for camp supervisors and directors to finalize plans for the first week of camp and to finalize all the necessary paperwork . This is done to better serve all the parents and campers for the all important first day of camp . Beginning Wednesday , June 11 , camp supervisors will contact families on the waitlists to inform them if they have been enrolled into the camp . Those on waitlists will not receive a prorated fee for missing the first day ( s ) of camp .
Payments and deposits
You can choose to pay in full or opt for a Payment Plan if you register by March 14 for eligible camps ( not programs or clinics ) that cost $ 200 or more per section . All deposits and remaining balances must be paid using a credit card ( Visa , MasterCard , Discover , or American Express ). Please note that cash and checks are not accepted . If you select the Payment Plan option by March 14 , you will automatically be enrolled in a monthly payment plan . Payments will be evenly distributed and charged to your designated credit card on the following dates : March 17 , April 17 , and May 17 . For all registrations received on or after March 15 , full payment is required .

What forms of payment are accepted ?
Each payment plan option requires a $ 75 deposit per section for each camper , except for the “ REGISTER BY THE WEEK ” day camps ( Playtime Pals , Sun Troopers , Fun Quest ), which require a non-refundable $ 25 deposit per section for each child . To be eligible for a payment plan , all registrations must be completed by or before March 14 . This deposit will be deducted from the total camp fee , and the remaining balance will be divided into three equal installment payments .
Three installment payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on the following dates : March 17 , April 17 , and May 17 .
No additional fees !
March 14 is the last day to register with a deposit and take advantage of the payment plan program . Payment is due in full for all registrations received on or after March 15 .
Only credit card and debit card payments will be accepted . The park district accepts Visa , MasterCard , Discover Card , American Express and debit cards on which a MasterCard or Visa logo appears .
