General Information

SAFETY

The foundational piece of our camps is safety . Our teachers are carefully selected , background checked , and trained in how to keep all campers physically , mentally , and emotionally safe . All teachers are CPR and First Aid certified , and professional security is on site at the Weinstein JCC during the camp day .

COMMUNICATION

• A confirmation letter will be emailed once your child ’ s registration has been processed .
• Teachers will be in contact with families the week prior to their child starting regarding any information needed to have a successful transition to camp .

LUNCH & SNACKS

Your child should bring a dairy ( meat and shellfish-free ) lunch and a water bottle to camp each day . Morning and Afternoon snacks ( kosher , peanut-free ) are provided at all camps .

REGISTRATION

Weinstein JCC member priority registration opens on Sunday , January 26 at 9 AM . Registration will open to nonmembers on Monday , February 3 . A one-time registration fee of $ 50 per camper per session applies . See pages 12-13 for application process and fee details .
New and returning Camp Ganim families may access the application for Camp Ganim at weinsteinjcc . org .
• Parents will receive weekly updates and photos from their child ' s teachers during camp through the Brightwheel app .
• Stay up to date through our private Facebook Summer Camps Group , brightwheel , email updates , and at weinsteinjcc . org .
