of “El Masreyeen el A7rar”, used his channel to promote the party. The same goes with El Sayed El Badawy who owns Al Hayat channels and is the president of “El Wafd” party.
Another example is Misr25 who is owned by Muslim Brotherhood members. That explains why the channel’s point of view was always aligned with the Muslim Brotherhood’s side.
The well-known channel is owned by Mohamed El Amin, who also owns Al Nahar channel, El Watan, El Fagr and El Youm El Sabee newspapers.
If you are watching CBC or reading El Watan newspaper, you need to keep in mind that the owner of the channel was closely linked to Mubarak’s regime and its icons represented in Mansour Amer and many others. Therefore, it will always be from the point of view that is against the 25th of January revolution.
