If I had Audra as I was older I would have know that I could trust her with a lot of things. She just had a very easy going personality, which was really nice. She had taught me all of my routines and they all placed very well at all of the competitions that I participated in. There was one routine that I remember lke it was yesterday. It was in Madison, Wisconsin and that was about two hours away from my house in Rockford, Illinois. I had a purple outfit with tons of sparkles. I remember seeing the sparkles reflect off of my outfit onto the ceiling of the car as as we were driving to Madison.
We were running late and my parents were freaking out. Which was making me very nervous becasue this was a big competition and I knew that I had to do better than I had been doing at my other competitions.
When we got there I took out my skates and had my dad help me tie them. By the time my dad was done putting my skates on, it was time for me to perform. I had no time to do any warm-ups or do any practice performances.
