Ensuring that each home is properly maintained is our primary responsibility. This is why each Callista homeowner is assigned a dedicated Property Manager and in-house Maintenance Tech for all property management needs. They are backed up by our in-house Maintenance staff who are on call 24 hours a day for any emergency that might arise. We do not charge annual or routine maintenance fees, nor do we markup charges on third-party maintenance services. Finally, you will never be charged extra when we visit your property to change light bulbs, replace air filters and install new smoke detector batteries.
