We develop and deploy the most creative and effective digital marketing strategies in the industry, ensuring each home is marketed to the right audience using the most compelling content. Our Marketing team also works hand-in-hand with our Revenue Management team. This dual approach enhances the attention each property receives, generating more bookings at optimized rates for our homeowners.
2025 Digital Stats
Our Total Website Views for the past year grew by 1.1 million YOY. Meanwhile, our Social Media Audience grew from 3,702 followers to 4,164.
Advertising
Social Ads: We saw 218,092 clicks( a 512 % YOY increase), yielding 9,190,566 impressions( a 527 % YOY increase). Our social ads also saw a Click-Through-Rate of 2.4 %, out-performing the industry average, which hovers around 2 %.
Organic Social Media
Our social media audience grew by 13 %, bringing us to a total of 4,164 followers with an engagement rate of 4.2 %.
Callista + 360 Blue
Our combined total followers for both brands grew by 135,219, or 348 % YOY. We also saw a combined YOY increase in engagements of 135,219, or 95 %.
