All of our homeowners’ properties have unique designs and needs. As a general rule, we recommend a combination of king beds and built-in bunks, as these tend to cover most sleeping arrangement needs for most groups. This will also allow you to accommodate higher occupancy and generate a greater gross revenue for your property.

We have strong partnerships with multiple interior design professionals in the area. Our design partners know the vacation rental market and are happy to consult with you regarding how to best outfit your property for guests and maximize your revenue.
