APPLYING GLITTER:
Using the slightest
amount of glue apply
glitter in a pattern onto
the feathers. Try not to
repeat the same pattern
for different colors.
STEAMING THE
FEATHERS:
(A) Holding the feather
away from the mouth of
the kettle, apply gentle
stream of steam. You’ll
find the wafer paper
curling inwards or out
depending on how you
hold it against the steam.
(B) Once steamed set
aside to dry for 5-10
minutes.

ASSEMBLYING THE
WREATH:
(A) Gather the wired
wreath and the wafer
paper feathers.
(B) Starting with the
smallest feathers, wrap
around the wreath.
