With your knife, carve
pockets into the back of
the angel for the wing
tabs (Use your wing
templates to measure
lenght).
Cut out fondant wings
using the template -not
too thick. Dry on the
bootom end of spoons
and gently turn up tabs
that will insert into back of
the angel.
Roll fondant wafer thin
then using a small rose
petal cutter -cut out wing
feathers. Use ball tool to
thin edges.
Cover wings.
