You will need:

• 10g precoloured red fondant

• Tylose Powder
• Small rose petal cutter

Add tylose to fondant.
Make a cone (approx
10cm tall)- use ball tool
and cone tool to shape
a neckline. Pinch to
create the waistline then
insert skewer leaving
some protruding from the
bottom as well as the top.
Mark waistline. From the
waist- use a skewer to
indent the skirt. Add the
neck (use a little water
for gluing) and let dry for
30 minutes.
Mold a head, with your
fingers create a subtle
face shape. Use a ball
tool to create a shallow
cavity to insert the head
over the top of the neck.
Draw your wing template.
