Cake Pops

You will need:
• Cake dough (crumbed cake mixed with a
binder) • Small rectangular strip of yellow fondant
• Compound chocolate or candy melts for
dipping and piping – in pink, black, light tan • Edible paint in brown
• Cake pop sticks • Confectioner’s glaze
• Extra wide straw • Tylose glue and edible image logo for the
coffee cup
• Small strip of white fondant
• Choice of non-pareils or sprinkles
• Gel colouring in yellow and orange
