Step 5:
Create the ears by forming an oval ball with the sugar paste. Shape the ears using
the silicone tool.

Step 6:
Create the section of the hair framing the face by rolling out a thin piece of sugar
paste, tapering the end. Use a pointed silicone tool to mark lines in the sugar
paste. Apply lines from the hairline to the back of the head and continue to cover
the head.
