Step 5: Step 6:
Make several circles, and with a balling tool, press firmly in the centre to create an indent. Make a few indents in some circles.
Create another area on the cake with“ waves”, using the shell tool again.
Step 7: Step 8:
Draw another line at another angle to create a triangle with a dresden tool.
Using a square cutter, press into the fondant to create squares. Make a few so that it meets the waves that you created in Step 6. Use the dresden tool to define the lines.
Step 9:
Cover the top tier, with the panelling method. Attach it to the top tier with some royal icing
