Step 7:
Now it is time to decorate your
melted chocolate with a variety
of sprinkles and the chopped
snickers bar. Tap the cutting board
back down on to the table once all
decorations have been added to
secure them into the chocolate.
Step 8:
Once the chocolate is almost set,
but before it has set completely,
imprint lines with your knife where
you would like to cut your shards.
Step 9:
Once the chocolate is set, using
soft pressure, start slicing over the
lines you created in the above step.
Top tip:
Always slice in the same direction, towards your body, and never go
back and forth. It might take you three or four slices to get through the
chocolate but the slower and softer pressure you use the more control
you have with the neatness of the edge.
