Step 17 :
Next , grab about 9 grams of white Isomalt and shape into Santa ’ s beard . Add in some details and give it a little shape .
Step 18 :
Heat up the bottom portion of Santa ’ s face and the back of the beard and smooth into place as shown .
Step 19 :
Give Santa his nose – sits just about his beard .
Step 20 :
Grab a little white Isomalt and shape Santa ’ s moe – 1.3 grams each side – using your tool give it a little detail .
