Caine Statham Pre Listing Information 2020 | Page 8

So does the system work?

The Caine Statham system is designed to protect and maximise the sale price for sellers.

It does this by by taking your home to market with a price that has been established by a Registered Valuer as its current market price.

We can assume the Valuer has got the price accurately estimated, as the Valuer received a building inspection report, that included a moisture survey and thermal imaging before beginning their valuation report, so the Valuer can have confidence in the condition of the home at the time it was valued.

Plus the Valuer is made aware of the moisture intrusion warranty that protects both the buyer and seller at time of sale.

Because the house goes to the market with a registered valuation as the price guide, it makes it easier for buyer's to see the true value of the home. when they make an offer, plus a registered valuation also ensures that you do not unwittingly undersell your home.

The professional photography, video

e-magazine, and virtual walkthru allow us to elevate your homes promotion over the competing real estate offerings that usually to go to market with a stripped down bare bones approach.

The "slam dunk" for most buyers is having the moisture intrusion warranty. This is where Caine Statham remove the risk from the buyer, their bank and yourself, over the worry about buying a home that leaks.

That risk is taken up by the building inspection company that has inspected the home in the first place. In fact, if they don't pass your home first, we are not going to be able to list your home later.

As we say, "proper preparation prevents possible poor performance", so lets leave nothing to chance when we take your home to the market.

Do you see how this approach protects all parties in your real estate transaction?
