Dear Members of CCC ,
As golfers , I know we ’ re all excited about Spring being just around the corner . Increased daylight and milder temperatures are what we ’ ve all been waiting for the past several months . Difficulties with finding available tee times will soon be a distant memory . We ’ re also excited to let you know that we are expecting to receive a new fleet of carts by early April , and we know that this is something you ’ ve all been looking forward to .
For the time being , please consider the following suggestions so that all our members will have a fair chance at securing tee times that work within their busy schedules .
1 . Please remember to cancel ALL tee-time reservations that you will not be available for .
2 . Whenever possible , if you have the ability to play on weekdays , please reserve ONLY one weekend tee time ( either Saturday OR Sunday ). This will allow our members who are only able to play on weekends a better chance to secure a tee time .
3 . Especially as daylight hours increase , please choose to play either early in the morning or early in the afternoon . Perhaps even consider playing 9-hole rounds in late afternoons .
4 . Remember that guests are not allowed before 10:30 AM , except for Mondays . Whenever possible , please bring your guests in the afternoons rather than in the mornings . This will help ensure that priority tee times are available for our duespaying members .
5 . Remember that tournament play will likely be resuming soon . When the time comes , tee-time availability may be severely limited on some days , especially Mondays and Fridays .
Once again , we ’ d like to thank all of you for the abundance of patience and support you ’ ve shown the Club . The COVID Pandemic had a profound , and in some respects , negative impact on our operation , and you have been incredibly gracious through it all . See you at the Club !
Sincerely ,

Timothy Gore
