KEHE INBOUND ROUTING GUIDE FEE SCHEDULE

KeHE may update this Inbound Routing Guide Fee Schedule at any time with thirty( 30) days’ notice.
Key Definitions
• Supplier Delivered( Prepaid Shipments): Suppliers that ship to KeHE DCs, FOB Destination / Incoterms DDP, often known as“ Prepaid” Suppliers or“ Prepaid” shipments. Under this option, Shipper arranges transportation, ideally using a KeHE preferred carrier. See Inbound Routing Guide for Preferred Carrier List.
• KeHE Pick Up( FOB Origin, Subject to Case Count): KeHE or KeHE’ s designated carrier pick up at Supplier’ s designated pick up location, FOB Origin / Incoterms Exworks( subject to case count at KeHE DC not pickup location), often known as“ Collect” Suppliers or“ Collect” shipments. Under this option, KeHE provides transportation with one of our proven carriers. KeHE’ s carrier will contact you for a pickup appointment prior to the PO ready date.

Extra Handling- Pinwheeled, Double-Stacked( any pallet count)
