triumph in every small thing. But failures will come
and we shouldn't be disheartened by it. Rather it
should motivate us to try harder. Robert Browning in
his poem says, “Welcome each rebuff.” If we
welcome the failures in life, we will trust God even
more to thrive for victory. Even though we fail a
dozen times, we will surely be triumphant one day. you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but
against the rulers, against the authorities, against
the powers of this dark world and against the
spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” The
battle we are engrossed in is against the dark world
and if we have the Light (Jesus) within us, then we
can turn the darkness into vividness. The enemy is
powerful but don't worry. God is right there to
combat for us. When our Father takes care of
everything then why take burden? “But thanks be to
God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus
Christ. Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let
nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the
work of the Lord,because you know that your labour
in the Lord is not in vain” (1 Cor15:57- 58).
Standing firm amidst clashes is what matters
the most. Hitches after hitches may pest us but if we
faithfully finish our race by faith, then we are the
champion.
“For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but
a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline” (2Ti.
1:7). His Spirit in us gives us the boldness we need.
So take your test without a single tinge of fear. Go
forward, never retreat.
Keep Yourself Ready Always
Sans your armour you will surely die in a
mêlée. We always are indulged in war against Satan,
and for that we need a perfect shield to encounter
him. In Ephesians 6:11-12 we see Paul advising the
Ephesians to “Put on the full armour of God so that Nothing can sojourn us from winning if we have
Christ in us. He always goes ahead of us and makes the
warped roads straight for us. Are you facing terrible
battles in life, then this is for you: Hold the Shepherd's
hand and He will wondrously guide you through the ebbs
of life. Our rival may be a giant as Goliath or a gargantuan
beast but they will fall at our feet 'cause God is at our right
hand. “For everyone born of God overcomes the world.
This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our
faith” (1Jn 5:4). Praise the Lord!
