CHAPTER GETS THE GREEN LIGHT
A UK-wide festival that brings the movies of green-fingered filmmakers to local
cinemas will be spreading its roots to Cardiff’s Chapter Arts Centre.
Over the course of The Green Film Festival Chapter will be screening insightful and
interesting documentaries that nip anti-environmentalism in the bud.
You can join the guys from Gibson (the famous guitar makers) as they try and save
America’s primeval forests from loggers in Musicwood, go on an epic journey with a crew
of scientists as they explore the melting mountains of north-east Greenland in Expedition
To The End Of The World, find out about the bluefin tuna’s struggle to survive in The Last
Catch and follow three Cambodian families as they struggle to hold on to their heritage
as the modern world encroaches on them in A River Changes Course.
Green Film Festival, Chapter Arts Centre, Cardiff, Fri 6 June-Tues 15 July.
