be. This way of thinking can be useful when
confronted with issues in the workplace with

Endorphins reduce stress which can help you
think more clearly. Exercise also keeps the
body from becoming lethargic, so you’re always ready to act whenever you have a break

That’s muscle memory at work. Stage actors
often transcribe their lines by hand onto paper to aid in line memorization because the
act of writing forces more tactile senses into
the memory.
