[2] Roger Brennan has been appointed Director of Facilities Management for Aramark Northern Europe. Brennan has led the growth of the Workplace Solutions business through the most difficult global economic conditions in recent history and in doing so, has taken the Workplace Solutions Business from operating nationally to operating in 32 countries across EMEA. He is modest about his achievements and puts the company’s success down to the strength and quality of our people and the ability to tailor solutions to our client requirements. [3] Anna Connor has joined MCE Public Relations as Head of Events. Anna has 15 years of experience in the development, co­ ordination, delivery and evaluation of a range of multi­scaled events programmes. Anna previously worked as Events Manager for Arts & Business NI for 12 years, where she created and managed their full programme of events. Anna was also responsible for developing and delivering the annual Allianz Arts & Business NI Awards Ceremony and securing necessary associated sponsorship. Anna has developed excellent working relationships with contractors and suppliers and has a strong track record in managing successful on­ budget events. Mark joins Clarendon Executive as Head of Executive Coaching and Organisational Development. Mark’s HR and People Development career has taken in both big four consultancy and senior in­house roles, gaining significant experience across financial services, telecoms, education and health sectors. Anne joins Clarendon Executive as Consultant and will work as a key part of the team on the identification of leadership competences within executive recruitment and leadership development processes.A Chartered Member oflevel designing and delivering interventions that help to recruit, retain and develop talent in organisations. In his current role as country manager, is responsible for leading Esri Ireland’s business strategy for development and growth, on the island of Ireland. He brings more than 25 years’ geospatial­industry experience to his new role. Paul completed an MBA in Henley Business School in 2013, having previously studied Sales Management at the Irish Management Institute and Geomatics at Dublin Institute of Technology retail in the 2014 Thomson Extel survey and holds a PhD from Queen’s University with an award­winning thesis on the Northern Ireland food industry. He has held senior research and advisory positions throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe, including the role of external advisor to the Food Standards Agency from 2011 to 2013. Currently, he is Head of Research at Shore Capital. [8] Michelle Gallen has been appointed Learning Architect with Aurion Learning.
