Tamara Leonard was born on October 15, 1974. A graduate of the De Vry University, of the US state Florida, Tamara Leonard holds two Bachelor’s Degrees into which she is most grateful to her father for his contribution in helping her achieve this goal.

Former President of the Board of Directors of the St. Maarten Chamber of Commerce and Industry, juggling both seats as General Manager of Leonard Enterprise, specializing in waste management, and Director of Dartam N.V., specializing in staffing and HR consultancy, as well as the brains behind St. Maarten Superhost, a costumer service training program improving the quality of service on St. Maarten, Tamara is a committed business woman.
