The MVTA operates two Park & Ride lots in Burnsville – one at the Burnsville Transit Station( 100 East Highway 13) and one in the Heart of the City Park & Ride Ramp( 126th Street and Pillsbury Avenue). You can also find fast, frequent, all-day service with METRO lines serving the Burnsville area. The METRO Orange Line provides service between Burnsville, Bloomington, Richfield and downtown Minneapolis with stations located in the Heart of the City near the Ames Center and at I-35W / Burnsville Parkway. The METRO Red Line travels from Apple Valley to the Mall of America, and connects to the METRO Blue Line which can take riders into Minneapolis.

With MVTA Connect, you can book a trip anywhere within the designated service area, making it an ideal option for accessing express and local routes or handling essential errands like grocery shopping. Plus, riders can transfer to fixedroute buses for free. Rides cost just $ 3 and operate 7 days a week, from 6 AM to 9 PM, offering reliability whenever you need it.
