The Bulgarian yoghurt is famous for its specific flavour
which is due to bacterium called Lactobacillus
Bulgaricum. It is unique because in its natural state it
exists only in Bulgaria and helps the better natural
fermentation, making the final product distinctive
enough to be a staple of Bulgaria all over the world.
Licenses and know-how for its production are currently
used by companies in Japan, Germany , Switzerland ,
