Brotherhood was curated to empower men to speak out as an act of strength not a sign of weakness and is committed to ensuring that every male feeling isolated, suffering from anxiety or depression, has a charitable outlet that enables them a place to belong. Identifying a need for mental health support within male heavy workforces and in line with the Membership feature Brotherhood will host a soft launch for potential members at Scandinavian restaurant ‘Lisa’s Kitchen & Bar’ London five weeks prior to launch to the public. The mini mixer event will take place during National Work Force Week, which takes place in October. This week is an opportunity for both employers and employees to focus on well- being at work and the importance of work-life balance for everyone. Brotherhood wants to ensure that all that attend, leave with Brotherhood Objectives & Missions in supporting men in all aspects of life. LAUNCH EVENT Event Vision: Host a successful event that helps to engage and inform potential clientele in what to expect from Brotherhood as a platform and the benefit for their employees. The Launch event will consist of five elements which have been inspired by the websites main features. Social Media Engagement: Even though the Brotherhood website does not launch until November, the Brands Facebook page will also be launched on the night. Throughout the night guests will be encouraged to go live on Facebook and share content across their networking platforms to build brand awareness before the Official Launch.
