Pursuant to Condition 80 in Notice # 2 dated May 5, 2004, Schedule " B3 " in Notice # 5 dated July 19, 2007, is hereby revoked and replaced with a revised Schedule " B3 " attached to this Approval. The revised Schedule " B3 " sets out a new schedule of payment for the Financial Assurance;
