The Recreational Level 3 class is for children 6 years and older
who have mastered the Recreational Level 2 skills list and
have been evaluated by a lead teacher of the Recreational
Level 3 classes. During the 90-minute class, gymnasts focus
on increasing strength and flexibility and learn advanced
gymnastics skills from following USA Gymnastics standards.

Pre-team is a stepping stone between recreational classes and
our competitive team. Gymnasts will grow in the sport by
learning skills based on progressive curriculum. The curriculum
will advance them through levels.

Hot Shots
[Ages: 4-7] (By Invitation Only)
Advanced preschool classes are for girls from 4-7 years old who
show enthusiasm and potential in the sport of gymnastics,
and display above average ability in areas such as strength,
flexibility, and skill comprehension. The goal of this class is
to begin building a strong foundation and love for further
development towards our team program.

House Team
[Ages: 6 and Up] (By Invitation Only)
The House Team is a great place for gymnasts who want to get
a feel for competitive gymnastics. The gymnasts participating
in this team will learn routines on each of the four events. They
will get to do two mock meets, hosted at our gym. Gymnasts
will enjoy an awards ceremony at the end of each meet, where
each gymnast will receive an award. They will follow USA
Gymnastics standards.
