Kindergym
[Ages: 5-6]
Learn basic gymnastics skills and gain confidence. Gymnasts
warm up with basic motor skills and stretching. Then they
work on beginner gymnastics skills. Gymnasts develop
strength, balance, and focus with increased skills. Focus is on
independent movement, muscle control, and body awareness.
Kids closer to school age build their ability to socialize. Starting
basic gymnastics and working on rolls, handstands, cartwheels
while using more equipment.

Recreational Level 1
[Ages: 6-14]
For children 6 years and older who have never had formal
gymnastics instruction before, as well as advanced beginners.
Gymnasts are divided into groups based on their skill level.
During the 60-minute class, gymnasts learn gymnastics skills
following USA Gymnastics standards.

Recreational Level 2
[Ages: 6-14] (Evaluation Required)
For children 6 years and older who have mastered the
Recreational Level 1 skills list for floor, bars, beam, and vault
and have been evaluated by a lead teacher of the Recreational
Level 2 classes. During the 75-minute class, gymnasts focus
more on increasing strength and flexibility and learn more
challenging gymnastics skills following USA Gymnastics
standards.
