Emma Villas has always paid great attention to marketing , communication , innovation of tools and the diverse modulation of the related investments . Starting from 2013 with the planning of the first television campaign , marketing and communication activities have become increasingly significant and support all strategic activities - from the positioning of the company , to the acquisition of the villas , up to the sale of stays - with a huge investment plan and the integrated use of tools on different targets ( owners , clients , sector operators ).
In the three-year period 2019-20-21 Emma Villas implemented a very ambitious marketing and communication plan . To enhance the innovation of products and services for owners and clients , they activated a press office , planned an advertising campaign ( previously concentrated in magazines of the sector ) in the principal national media ( Corriere della Sera , Il Sole 24 Ore , Repubblica , Gazzetta dello Sport ) and created two new commercials and three television campaigns on Sky and La 7 . To this was added the reengineering of the web platform and the confirmation of the investments in web marketing activities that have guaranteed Emma Villas , for more than 10 years , a qualitative and leading presence in vacation rentals on the web , strengthening their leadership in the sector . Finally , they conducted an increasingly evident and constant activity on the main social media which also included the collaboration of talents , special guests and influencers .
