Quality , Booking , Concierge teams & local Customer Service
Our company has worked hard over the years to achieve the highest quality standards in all phases of collaboration with the owners . This knowledge has led us to develop a unique and recognisable working method , which we make available to our owners , from the signing of the contract onwards , allowing them to enter this activity with the peace of mind that can guarantee a proven and winning system .
To carry out this task in support of the rental , Emma Villas works through four teams that work in an integrated way :
• the central Quality Team , made up of five highly experienced professionals focused on the quality and control of properties to be included in the catalogue and in preparation for the season . The Senior Quality Team is flanked by over 20 inspectors ;
• the internal Booking Team of six people which manages all national and international sales channels and which , through in-depth knowledge of the peculiarities of the villas , is able to offer them in a targeted manner to our clients ;
• the Concierge Team which is responsible for overseeing all client needs from the day after booking the villa up to the time of check-out ;
• the local Customer Service , a team of at least 20 collaborators which works near the villas and has the task of supporting clients on site during their stay for the solution of any emergency and problem .
The Booking , Quality , Concierge teams and the local Customer Service have in-depth knowledge of the properties and the areas in which they are located and operate pursuing three important objectives :
• to support the owners in the management of the villas and hospitality in order to meet the expectations of guests at all stages of their stay ;
• to maintain high quality standards of the villas and services over time ;
• to support ( also through good guest reviews ) the sales of the weeks of stay .
The experience of the Emma Villas Quality Team is at the owner ' s service and allows you to evaluate any small interventions together in order to fully guarantee the standards required for the rental .
For any other need concerning structural or interior design interventions , there is a dedicated department , Emma Villas Re Home , which can support the owners in renovating one or more rooms or carrying out any work in the most appropriate period , when this does not impact on the rental season .
