Arena Racing Company(“ ARC”) is the largest racecourse operator in the UK, with its racecourses hosting racing on over 300 days a year across a mix of flat, jump and all-weather tracks, with fixtures including some of the biggest days in the racing calendar. ARC also operates a hotel at Wolverhampton, a hotel, spa resort and golf course at Lingfield Park, golf courses in Southwell and Newcastle and The Border Minstrel public house at Newcastle in the grounds of Gosforth Park.

Ascot hosts around 500,000 racegoers a year across 26 race days, 250,000 of whom come to the five days of Royal Ascot. Royal Ascot capacity can reach an attendance of 75,000 on a day. Ascot’ s conference and events business welcomes a further 200,000 customers a year outside racing.
Ascot aims to offer its racegoers something for everyone who wishes to be involved, and Royal Ascot’ s offerings reflect this through the entry level Windsor Enclosure, the mid-tier Village Enclosure, the central Queen Anne Enclosure and ultimately the Royal Enclosure. And incorporating up to 7000 racegoers in a wide range of private box and restaurant fine dining facilities.
