OBJECTIVES
Read to Rise (R2R) is intended to serve
as a holistic, innovative, culturally -
competent collaborative literacy model
for Trinidad and Tobago which uses
books to promote reading, to create
stimulating learning school spaces, to
nurture a new generation of writers and
illustrators and to facilitate school-
family-community-collaboration.
