Spring show season always kicks off with 2 shows in March in our neck of the woods . Spring Show in Omaha and Springfest in the Cities . This year somehow they were both on the same weekend . We opted for Springfest at Evert-McClay VFW in St . Paul . Better odds of finding Grain Belt items . We made the trip up in the morning and arrived around 9 a . m . Judy had framing deliveries and things to bring home to frame . We cruised the trade floor and never found anything we couldn ’ t live without . That happens more often these days . I guess when you acquire a certain amount of things there ’ s not as much that you need . It was a good show and always fun to get together with friends .
