Development News – Members moving us along 2013 Cohen Family 25 Pieces, New York, NY Roberto Cohen decided to have a fundraiser to benefit the SturgeWeber Foundation in honor of his brother, Marco. The event was called 25 Pieces for the 25th Anniversary of the Sturge-Weber Foundation. Roberto made 25 pieces of jewelry for the 25th anniversary and was very busy over the summer making each piece! Roberto held his fundraiser in NYC, showcasing his jewelry along with refreshments. Roberto raised awareness and $22,100 for the SWF. had a table to raise awareness about SWS.  Vendors participating at the fair paid $40 per table, there was a $2 entry fee to attend and they also sold chili for lunch.  2013 Tricia's Tots, Tewksbury, MA Trish Bourne’s dance students always remember the SWF during the holidays. Trish always encourages gifts to the SWF in lieu of gifts for herself. Trish has been doing this for years and we are so grateful for the holiday gift of $677.00!  2013 50th Birthday Surprise, Toronto, Canada Leslie Greene surprised her husband, Bill for his 50th birthday and in lieu of gifts, recommended donations to the Sturge-Weber Foundation. Bill was surprised and fun was had by all!  Over $1500 has been raised for SWF Programs. Check out birthday celebration photos! Check out Connor’s story too! 2013 Kenney Turkey Bowl, Tackling Sturge-Weber, West Springfield, MA Mark, JP and their families held their 6th Turkey Bowl in their backyard again to raise awareness and funds for the SWF, raising over $12,000 this year. Starting in 2008 in West Springfield, MA in honor of John Kenney, a 7 year old boy affected by SWS, the Turkey Bowl has fast become a local tradition. When his family found the SWF in 2005, t ^H
