• UK CCS Project— Storegga Geotechnologies in relation to the acquisition and financing of Pale Blue Dot Energy, the lead developer of one of the first carbon capture and storage projects in the United Kingdom
• Matrix Renewables— acquisition of two battery energy storage systems in Scotland with a combined capacity of 1GW / 2GWh
• Rabobank— project financing the 49.5 MW battery energy storage system( BESS) project to be developed by Cero Generation and Enso Energy and co-located with the 49.9 MW Larks Green solar farm located in Gloucestershire, England
• OrbeNovo— advised new private equity firm on the establishment of EAG Bioenergy as its platform for UK biogas investments *
• White Rose CCS— lenders on the White Rose carbon capture project, United Kingdom *
• Lender group— in relation to a € 240 million secured uncommitted borrowing base facility in favour of Gunvor with security granted in the form of European Union Emission Trading System allowances over which security is granted under French law. It is a groundbreaking deal as one of the first borrowing base facility relying on EU allowances.*
• Dexia Crédit Local— assisting in relation of the set- up of a carbon fund *
