• Iberdrola S. A.— investment in a 9 GW portfolio of offshore wind projects in Europe *
• Humber Gateway— bidder on a proposed investment in the 219 MW Humber Gateway offshore wind farm *
• Dudgeon Offshore Wind Farm— Statkraft in connection with its debt and equity financing arrangements for the £ 1.3 billion project financing of the 402 MW Dudgeon Offshore Wind Farm *
• Acquisition of a participation in the project companies involved in the Dieppe-Le Tréport and Ile d’ Yeu-Noirmoutier offshore wind projects— Advising a German utility and issue of a legal red flag due diligence report in relation to its unsuccessful acquisition from Engie SA and EDP Renovaveis SA of a 20-30 % stake in the Dieppe-Le Tréport and Ile d’ Yeu-Noirmoutier offshore wind projects.*
• PFA Asset Management A / S— advising with respect to the acquisition of the shares held by WPD in the Fecamp offshore wind farm *
• Leading global investment fund— advising on the potential acquisition of RES’ s stake in the Saint-Brieux offshore wind project *
• ADEME and GE— advising on their equity investment in the offshore wind farm project Merkur( 396MW) through a joint investment vehicle Coriolis *
• Eolien Maritime France( EMF)— advising a 60 / 40 JV between EDF EN and Dong Energy, in the context of the drafting and negotiation with Alstom Wind of a framework agreement for the supply and maintenance of the offshore wind turbines that will be installed on the three zones on which EMF has successfully pitched and been selected by the French government under the French offshore wind call for tenders. Our role also includes the drafting and negotiation of the pro-forma turbines supply contract and of the pro forma service and availability agreement.*
• Total SA— advising sponsor of a pilot proposal for the first offshore windfarm project in France( Port la Nouvelle offshore wind project). Advised in respect of all aspects of the project development: negotiation and drafting of the authorisation to occupy the maritime public domain. Also advised in relation to French planning and electricity regulation, coordination of procedures.*
• Advising on offshore call for tenders— Advising a power company generally on French tenders( onshore, offshore, offshore floating) on all legal and tax aspects including corporate, project, contractual, development, etc., in particular in relation to the AO4 and AO5.*
