Local yoga teacher Shirley Hart received funding
from MRC to run men’s only yoga sessions at
Muckadilla recently. The sessions were well
attended, with men even coming straight from the
sheering shed to learn how to do the downward dog!
Seven men came two weeks in a row and Shirley
was very impressed with their enthusiasm!
