I am happy to report that our 60th anniversary was a record
year for Boston Centerless. I want to thank our customers,
suppliers and the entire Boston Centerless team for making
2018 so successful. What momentum we created last year has
flowed into this year. We continue to invest in people, equipment
and automation to expand our capacity and service offerings.
Buying machinery is easy. Finding team members that fit our
core values and have the basic skills needed to succeed in our
organization, not so much.

In order for manufacturers to continue to be able to scale their
companies, it is imperative that we all invest our time, talent and
treasure into building a pipeline of workers for the future. This
third edition of Precision Matters highlights one of the ways
Boston Centerless supports workforce development around
the country. The National Robotics League is a great “hook”
to increase student awareness and exposure to the exciting
opportunities available in the manufacturing industry.

Take a moment to read the spotlight article featuring one
of our best and brightest “artisans”. Our artisans combine
their years of proprietary processing skills and meticulous
workmanship with a desire to wow the customer. Please enjoy
