Another reason you should opt for water is many other drinks are filled with a variety of calorie-filled sweeteners. I advise that you read labels to look at the ingredients before selecting your beverage. If you feel you need flavor and can't stand water, there are many way you can jazz up your water. I love seltzer because somehow those bubbles make all the difference to my taste buds so I'm able to drink 75-140 ounces each day. You can also make water more exciting by adding slices of lemon, lime, cucumber or watermelon.
