Last month I told you I would begin to break down the dynamics that caused my business to go from grossing $150.00 a month to ten times that amount. I must repeat that grossing $1,500.00 monthly is quite possibly a figure that most of you would consider to be small, however, what is important here are the factors involved in attaining one’s entrepreneurial aspirations in a specific amount of time. For me, it
all began during a period of time that I currently refer to as “The Stretch.”
But first, at the top of my priorities, I would like to thank each of you who took the time to provide me with feedback regarding my February article. I really do appreciate every single compliment, word of
advice and story of your relatability. Although we live in a capitalist society, the relentless pursuit of selfsustaining entrepreneurship income isn’t always the norm, nor is enterprise typically a subject of interest
to the masses. Your phones calls, emails, text messages and in person teary-eyed conversations regarding the contents of my article were motivating, refreshing and touching on so many levels. It really does make it easier for me to open up regarding my transformation from secretary to CEO. It is my prayer that as we continue on this journey together, that I return the gift of inspiration, motivation and encouragement.
