Full Body Circuit
BULGARIAN SQUAT
Stand facing away from a bench holding one dumbbell. Extend one leg back and place top of foot on bench.
Squat down by flexing knee and hip of front leg until knee of rear leg is almost in contact with floor. Return to original standing position by extending hip and knee of forward leg and repeat. Continue with opposite leg.
Muscles used: Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings
PLANK KNEE TO ELBOW
Begin in a full plank position with feet hip-width apart and hands directly under shoulders. Bring left knee to right elbow. Return to start and then bring right knee to left elbow. That's one rep.
Muscles used: Shoulders, Tris, Chest, Core
