Kick Butt Cardio
You don't always need a treadmill to get a good cardio workout in. Complete each move for 1 minute with no rest in between. Upon completion of the round (5 minutes total) rest for 2 minutes. Repeat
twice.
Right Leg Side Kick: Start with feet together (figure A) Lift right knee hip height and kick out to the side (figure B). Return to start and repeat as fast as you can. For one munite. Switch to the other side and repeat.
