his co-operation agreement is intended to
create synergy and will not be in competition
with existing business,” says Max Stemele,
managing director of SBA. “Focus will initially be

ccessibility is the lifeline for economic growth and emergency services
for remote communities,” says André Naudé, director of SBA, East
London. “SBA has completed the necessary business plans and technical
reports for this project and soon the communities of Kat-Kati and Ndovini
will have rehabilitated roads, stormwater and bridges.”
“To maximise job creation, this project will be implemented using labour
based construction methods, without compromise on quality standards.
The use of plant will be minimised and labour will be sourced from local
communities.”
Completion of this project is scheduled for April 2007.
