We need your help
In May we held a workshop organised by staff for staff to discuss staff
engagement and culture.
Now we are launching a major project to ‘Create our culture’, acting on staff’s four
priorities; implementing the CARE values, improving our communication and
performance appraisals, and addressing inappropriate and bullying behaviour.
Evidence shows when healthcare staff are more engaged in their work, teamwork
improves, patients have a better experience and care is safer, of higher quality
and more productive.
Everyone can get involved now, to ‘Create our culture’
Secure your place at the transformational ‘in their shoes’ listening
sessions during ‘Creating our culture’ week, from 28th November.
Events to listen to patients, staff and leaders talk about their experience
here, their ambitions for our care, and your ideas for improvement
