thai mix soup
INGREDIENTS
Boneless chicken cubes 300 gm
Sausages 4-5
Lemon leaves 2-3
Lemon grass 2-3
Boranga 1
Mushroom 1 cup
Tom yam paste 2 tbsp
Tomato 2
Onion 1
Green chilies 8-10
Fish sauce 3 tbsp
Chinese salt 1 tsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Chicken cube 2-3
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnish
METHOD
Put water, chicken cube, chicken
cubes, sausages, boranga, lemon
grass, lemon leaves and green chilies
in pot and cook for 30 minutes.
Now add mushroom, tom yam paste,
tomato, onion, green chilies, fish sauce,
Chinese salt, coriander leaves and salt,
mix it nicely and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Then take out in dish.
Garnish with coriander leaves and
lemon juice and serve hot.
