Romantic luxe trend is very popular at the moment – lots of flowers with a romantic twist - either in ivory and whites and then a splash of a deep colour to contrast used in the venue styling. Or rich flower colours with contrasting colours for the venue styling.
Round Bouquets with lots of Roses, freesias, Gypsophilia, or free flowing longer shower ouquets. With the addition of pearls or diamontes, to create a luxurious feel. These can be displayed after the ceremony on the top table any buffet tables and the cake tables.
Table centres using tall vases with large blooms such as Roses, Hydrangeas and Paeony, mixed in with freesias to give a wonderful aroma and delicate bubbly Gypsophilia to give the romantic feel. With the use of lights and/or crystals included in the flower displays or vases for that extravagant touch. Ceremony / top table flower arrangement packed full of flowers with only a small amount of greenery, some tumbling over the front of the table.
Larger pedestal arrangements with a free flowing softer style used for the ceremony first then the reception create a real wow factor.
Bespoke fresh flower garlands and large heart shaped displays, brimming with Roses and seasonal flowers for mantlepieces, bannister rails and entrance arches.
For the same look with a reduced budget I would use some Roses or Hydrangeas / seasonal flowers with more Gypsophilia and filler flowers – pedestals and garlands can have more greenery to keep the costs reduced.
Table mirrors with tealights and scatterings of sparkling crystals on the tables create an opulent feel. Acrylic crystals are more cost effective than real crystals and produce the same effect.
Chair covers with either a bold satin sash or a toning gentle organza sash finishes the whole room. Or a good cost effective alternative tis to tie a sash on the chairs without the use of a chair cover.
Large swags and bows of rich organza materials on the top and cake tables. Drapes of soft voiles to frame windows and soften bannister rails. Sparkling backdrops and drapes with integrated lights and uplighters around the room to create a luxurious feel to any venue.
