Self-care
A routine check-up usually involves a physical
examination, screenings, vaccines, check-ins on your
mental health, good nutrition, exercise, and general
wellness. The frequency of your check-ups is subject to
whether you take medication and have chronic disease
risk factors. Ask your doctor to help you with a seasonal
action plan that will help you stay healthy all year long.
To sustain a healthy lifestyle and as a reminder to check
up on your wellness, download a handy health app
calendar on your phone. This way, you can stay on top
of upcoming appointments.
