Access your electronic membership card and share it via
email with your dependants or doctors
Claims and queries
You can submit claim, look up queries and submit claims
with an option to export to an excel spread sheet
Get authorisation
Apply for chronic
pre-authorisation
medication
and
hospital
Update your details
You can update your contact details, for example,
Telephone number, home or postal address and more
Access our library
Easy access to our product brochures, benefits how-to
guides, forms and more
2. Click on ‘Sign in’ and then register
3. Insert your medical aid number and click submit
4. Check your details and confirm
If your personal details are correct, you will receive
a verification email with a link. Click on that link and
then you will be requested to choose a username
and password to access the portal.
If your details are incorrect, please use the email
option to make changes, or call us on 0860 002 108
to update them.
